A mafia boss who conflicts with the werewolf Hal by ordering his goons to kidnap a child and hold them prisoner in Hal’s woods; he then enlists Jedidiah Clark to hunt down and kill Hal. Later, he works together with Don Carradine to capture the Ghoul.
